1. Service

Kantu.AI provides automated image recognition, analysis, comparison, summarization, and chat features. Availability, models, limits, and features may change to maintain security, quality, and provider compatibility.

2. Your responsibilities

Upload only content you are legally permitted to process.
Do not submit illegal content, malware, credentials, highly sensitive personal data, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Do not bypass limits, automate account creation, resell access, probe infrastructure, or misuse model or service credentials.
Comply with applicable laws and age requirements.

3. High-impact decisions

Kantu.AI is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, safety inspector, or certified appraiser. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for medical care, medication, legal rights, investments, emergencies, identity verification, toxicity, product safety, or other high-impact decisions.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for your credentials and activity. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the platform through which you purchased, including Apple’s applicable terms. We may suspend abusive, fraudulent, inactive, or compromised accounts.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process it only as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service. Kantu.AI branding, interface, and software remain protected by applicable law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every analysis will be correct, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kantu.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on AI output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
